Shipping: We have a good shipping connection so that your package will reach you safely. After confirming the order, just relax and we will ship your package within one working day. We always provide tracking number for your package once it is generated. We will keep you update about the development after shipping.

Shipping: (1) We ship the product within ONE working day of order confirmation. (2) We ship through USPS for US and through DHLecommerce for other destinations. (3) Tracking number for your package is always provided so that you can track your package easily. Delivery Time: For US, standard shipping time is between 7 to 12 working days and for other destinations around 10 days to 17 working days. Returns: We gladly accept returns and exchanges. You can return your item to us within 30 days of delivery. Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return courier/postage cost. If the item is not return in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Answer: You can return the item within 30 days of delivery. Q.5: What are the conditions of return? Answer: Please return your item within 30 days of delivery and please make sure the return item is in proper condition and not damaged. We happily accept the return only when the item is returned in its original condition. Q.6: Do you accept the exchange? Answer: Yes, we accept the exchanges but item can be exchanged only when we receive the ordered item. Q.7: From where am I getting my item, where are you based? Answer: We are based in Jaipur, INDIA, world’s oldest gems and jewelry centre. Q.8: Are your jewelry is handmade or machine made? Answer: All our jewelry production is handmade. We still use traditional silversmithing pattern and our each jewelry piece is delicately handcrafted. Since all the jewelry here is hand carved, so no two are alike. Q.9: What material do you use in your jewelry? Answer: We use 925 sterling silver and occasionally 14 K gold. Q.10: Will I get the EXACT item as in the photo? Answer: Yes, you will receive exactly the same item as in the photo. We use normal outdoor day light to take photo to make it more realistic. Q.11: How can I know the item is smaller or bigger than the photo? Answer: We always provide detail description of the item.
